Hi

Antiinflammatory and antibiotics kid tablet for five days to a week will settle it.

Topically any antiseptic skin gel/ cream should be applied.

Blood will be absorbed by itself. Nothing to worry more.

I would also recommend if he can drink little turmeric powder- say 1/4 tsp twice a day in milk or water for a week. It will support being natural antiinflammatory, antibiotic and antiseptic. Even it can be applied in place of gel. It can be mixed in clarified butter and applied on blister and around.

Hope its helpful.
