Is Brighter Blood Discharge With Huge Clots During Periods A Cause For Concern?

Hi there i was wondering if you could give me some advice, Im 23 years old female, I got my period 5 days ago, for some reason this one seems alot different to the others, The blood is alot brighter and ive been getting pretty big clots? should i be worried
