Is Bowel Abnormality Normal After Laparotomy Surgery?

Hi. Had major laparotomy surgery 2 wk ago today. Had severe bowel adhesions, ovarian reminant and cyat removed. Had hernia repaired. N other bits n bobs done. Had previous full hysterectomy in 2008. I have not eaten anythin because i feel so sick and sometimes being sick. I feel very very weak. It is not ilius which ive had before because i am going to the loo. All be it very loose. Is this normal?
