Is Anal Bleeding A Symptom Of IBS?

I am taking 20mg of accutane a day. I am currently on my 10th day, and yesterday and today I found blood on my toilet paper after wiping. Stool was green, but not bloody. It was kind of hard, but I wasn t constipated. Is this a sign that I am getting IBS or chrohn s or anything? When I wipe, there isn t anything on the toilet paper, but when I push a bit and wipe, i find little bits of wet and dried blood. It s more bright than dark. Help?

Hello,
Bleeding is not a symptom of IBS.
Your symptoms could be because of either hemorrhoids or a fissure.
I would suggest to take polyethelene glycol to soften the stools.
I would also suggest to get a rectal examination to check whether it is a fissure or hemorrhoids.
Hope this helps
