An anterior intramural myoma measuring 2.3 x 2.2x2.0 identified The endometrial measures 0.9 m in SO dimension There are no adnexal masses what does that mean and what does there is no free fluid in the pelvis mean ? Hi,

If you don't have any problem then there is no need for treatment. If it's increasing you have to remove it. Free fluid in pelvis means you are ovulating or its completed recently. So there is no need to worry. Just wait and watch.
