I have been doing some internet reading on piracetam and how it can help with mild drepression. My husband has shown lack of energy, low self esteem, and other symptoms that go along with dysthymia and I was wondering if there was an over-the-counter supplement close to piracetam that can be used to help with his lack of motivation and disengaging with others socially.
