i am 40 years old male ht 6ft weight 86 kg
i consume 240 to 300 ml alchol thrice a week with water , salads , and some chicken . i generaly consume on friday saturday and wednesday. i quit for 5 to 7 days at times. is it ok i have no history of any desease till now

Yes, addiction to alcohol is harmful in many ways. There is of course risk of lvier disease. But there is also an increase in the risk of some particularly nasty cancers (pancreas) there are also consequences on job, familyh and finannces.
