Hello, I just wanted to find out the side affects of this drug & what it is for? I was given this prescription for my swollen hands to which really helped to ease the pain & bring swelling down. Would this drug be a narcotic drug? acetaminphin 500 mlg/ 56 cpl novo - gesic forte

Acetaminophen is not a narcotic drug. It is a commonly used pain-killer which is very safe providing you stay within the recommended dose.
