Hi & Welcome.
Crocin Advance pill contains Paracetamol (500 mg) and the recommended dose for adults is about 1-2 caplets every 4-6 hours. Minimum dosing interval should be 4 hours. Maximum dose in 24 hours should not to exceed 4g/day in equally divided doses. Since you have taken two caplets within 3 and a half hours it is within the therapeutic dose and hence unlikely to cause right sided abdominal pain. Doses more than 7 gm/day can cause injury to the liver.
Pain abdomen could be due to acidity related stomach issue which can be overcome by using an antacid or a proton pump inhibitor.
