Is A Tender Indentation On The Middle Of The Head A Concern?

I have a indentiom in the middle of my head , am not really sure how I got it and my parents dont know either. I first noticed it when I was 14 now am 24 it it seems like it’s gotten deeper. Whenever I put my finger in the hole it Sensitive and it’s gives me a mild headache for a while then it goes away. I’ve gone to the hospital did a MIR but they said everything is normal. Am stil not satisfied, and still think there is something wrong. What should I do?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history of indentation on forehead, my treatment advice is-
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
3. It is better to undergo x-ray and consult an orthopedic surgeon for perfect diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
