Is A Small Bump Under The Armpit A Concern?

Hi I have a pebble sized pump under armpit. I have had all lymph nodes removed from that arm do to breast cancer. I have also had a ultrasound done of the pump but doctor said it was nothing, but I am still concerned because I can feel it and its there. Should I be concerned and what should I do?

Hi, You have removed all lymph nodes and done ultrasound for the small swelling in the arm pit so there is no concern for you because you have consulted for it to your doctor. That swelling may be due to infection. So take Tab.amox clav 1bd and Tab.Brufen 1bd for 5 days. If still that swelling is increasing in size then done repeat ultrasound and consult your doctor.
Thank you.
