Is A Rash Around A Vaccination Shot A Matter Of Concern In An Infant?

My grandson is 11 months old and had 5 vaccines two weeks ago, and about five days ago he started getting a rash on his leg where he got the shots, it’s not real red just a little and the size of a Nicole, is it a concern??
