Is A Painful Lump Oozing Clear Watery Liquid On Labia A Cause For Concern?

A very large painful lump suddenly appeared on my libia near my back passage. it was very sore and I thought it was a boil, After 4 days it weeped , but this is just clear watery fluid, not the sort of yellowy infection you would expect from a boil, It is now half the original size, and only painful if I squeeze it. I am 68 and have not been sexually active for a few years. Should I be worried ?
