Hi welcome to health care magic....

According to history you are having hypothyroidism....

For that taking methimazole... I want to know your TSH report based on which dose adjusted....

105 heart rate in normal basal condition is not normal.... Heart rate more than 100 called tachycardia...

Your work up done with....
-auscultation
-blood pressure measurement
-ekg... Etc... These are to rule out cardiac cause....
If needed echo can be done

If still heart rate going on fast than beta blocker might needed....

Take care

Advise : Physician consultation for examination
