General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an ear infection.

The lump is related to a reactive lymph node.

The lymph node will go away on its own gradually.

I suggest you tinsel anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen to relieve the swelling.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
