Is A Dull Ache In The Chest A Cause For Concern?

40 year old male. Type 2 Diabetes for 2 years ; Hypothyroid for 10 years. Vegetarian / No Habits including coffee/tea / 5 days of exercise per week.176 cm / 73 KG Medication : Melmet SR1000 + Jalra (Vildagliptin) 50 : 1-0-1 Eltroxin 100 mcg 1 - 0- 0 Sugar under control - HbA1C of 6.3 Average : 123/78 These days feeling some slight discomfort in the chest. Very dull ache more like a muscle pain - doesn t aggravate with exercise. Previous years TMT was normal.Yime of the year when I go for a health check. Do you reccomend to add any additional or specific tests ?

I really appreciate your concern, now it may not need any specific test that can be advised but more important is the clinical symptoms at the most coronary angiography can be done hope this information helps.
