Is A Deep Tumor In Cheeks A Symptom Of Cancer?

Had squamous cell. Tumor deep in facial cheek. Which was in blood vessel.oncologist refused radiation, 6 months later melanoma spot on butt cheek. Of all places not from a mole. Just curious. You think cancer been in me for 6 months. Should not have another skin cancer issue 6 months later. Just had biopsy. Waiting for results

Based on the history you have shared, it may be present before that however squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma have different etiologies and doesn't seem to be related if so, as biopsy is still awaited and it's difficult to label it as melanoma yet.

It's also difficult to predict whether it was there before 6 months however before onset of any symptoms the start of neoplastic cells replication can start without giving any visible signs. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards
