Hello, Thanks for this query. I heard many misconceptions about typhoid,This funny one is fresh to me!! You don t need to worry and there is absolutely no need to cut hair. I can t find any logic in that statement. Typhoid fever may cause hair fall,she might have misinterpreted this fact!! Typhoid spread by contaminated food and water and poor personal hygiene contribute to the development of typhoid. Hair has no relation with spread or development of typhoid fever.
