Hi welcome to health care magic....

You have heart attack history... For it's confirmation at that time ekg and cardiac enzymes estimation might have done. .

The chest pain sometime yes can occur from hiatus hernia in which history of acid reflux usually present....
For that omeprazole drug given...
If needed hiatus hernia can be surgically repaired..

If you still have chest pain do work up with....
-Auscultation
-EKG
-Echo
-tread mill etc..

According to report if needed specific treatment can be given...

Take care....

Advise : Cardiologist consultation for detail work up and examination..
