I went into the hospital about 2 month ago with chest pain. they thought i had a hart attack ,but when they were going to do the hart cath. they found one of my bypasses was at 60% but has excellent collateral circulation. they didn t do anything. could it be a hernia?
You have heart attack history... For it's confirmation at that time ekg and cardiac enzymes estimation might have done. .
The chest pain sometime yes can occur from hiatus hernia in which history of acid reflux usually present.... For that omeprazole drug given... If needed hiatus hernia can be surgically repaired..
If you still have chest pain do work up with.... -Auscultation -EKG -Echo -tread mill etc..
According to report if needed specific treatment can be given...
Take care....
Advise : Cardiologist consultation for detail work up and examination..
