Is A Bruise Near The Hip Due To Periods?
I notice a new small bruise near my hip this morning and I don’t recall bumping into anything in the past couple of days. I also woke up to getting my period this morning. Can my bruise be related to my period at all? I also have noticed a bruise on me leg over the summer in the same area on the other leg without bumping into anything and I still see where I had the bruise months later

The bruises are not related to your periods. It might be due to minor trauma or abarasion. Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself. No definite treatment is required either.
