Is Zoloft The Right Medicine For Bipolar Disorder And OCD?

I HAVE PTSD,BIPOLAR ,OCD IM DIAGNOST, THE DOCTOR I SEE ONLY GIVES MY ZOLOFT WHICH DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. I FEEL WORSE THAN I EVER HAVE I JUMP AT ANY NOISE IM COMPLETLY DETACHED FROM MY FAMILY I SIT IN SILENCE ALL DAY. WOULD LOVE TO GET A JOB BUT I CANT BE AROUND TO MANY PEOPLE WITHOUT HAVEING AN ANXEITY ATTACK WHAT TYPE OF MEDS CAN I TAKE TO HELP ME. I SLEEP MAYBE 1 TO 2 HRS A NIGHT AFTER A WHILE THINGS GET WORSE. WHAT CAN I DO, IM SORRY I DONT HAVE THE 15 DOLLARS I GUESS THERE IS JUST NO HELP THANK YOU
