Is Tetanus Shot Advisable For A Small Cut By A Metal Piece?

I cut myself on a piece of clean sheet metal while I was bending it to turn it into a duct. It was a poke not a slice. It s about the size of a grain of rice but it s deep. Even though the metal wasn t rusty do I still need a tetanus shot? And if so, how long do I have to get one?

I really appreciate your concern, if the object is not rusty and would is just supper facial then no need to have tetanus, and if this creates the doubt then better to have it hope this information helps.
