Is Terazosin The Cause For Severe Pain In Lumbar Region?
I am taking Terazosin and I am suffering with severe back pain in the lumbar region. Could this medication be the cause of my pain? If I was prescribed Flomax instead would I have the same problem with my back? Would it solve my prostate problem as the Terazosin has? I am a prostate cancer survivor for 10 years after radiation treatment.

Terazosin is not a cause of back pain. Flomax would also not cause any known back problems.
It may be related to your prostate disease, though there are other causes as well. It would be best to see your doctor for an assessment which would include a physical examination, blood tests and likely imaging of the back.
