Is Telmicertain, Nicadia, Homochek, Carloc And Ecosprin Right Medication For Mild Paralysis Attack With Hypertension?

I am hypertensive patient, I got mild paralysis attack on 25 dec 2011. Now I am ok. But till the day I am taking routine/ daily medicines like Telmicertain, Nicadia, Homochek, Carloc, Ecosprin 70. My BP is 150/100.
