Is T4 Being 12.20 Indication Of Hypo Or Hyper Thyroid?

Adult Range 0.60-1.81ng/mL

T4
Method : Chemiluminescence Immuno Assay (CLIA) : 12.20 Adult 4.5 - 10.9ug/dL

TSH
Method : Chemiluminescence Immuno Assay (CLIA) : 2.47 Adult 0.35 - 5.5 uIU/mL

Do I have a thyroid problem if so what type of thyroid hyper or hypo?

this is a normal report and does not show any abnormal range TSH is the main criteria and this falls in normal range, so this is not the case of thyroid disease, the most important is your clinical complaint, if you do not have any thyroid related symptoms then why to worry, and such symptoms are there then repeat the test or cross check it, have good time.
