Is STD Transmission Possible After Protected Sex?

Hi sir actually I do touring jobs. So I mostly stay at hotels. So yesterday I got tempted to do sex with sex worker of the hotel. But now m pretending over it and feeling scared . As I used proper condom while did sex but don t know why there is an internal fear in my mind for STDs pls assure me if every thing all right or not? Because I sucked her boobs and I fingered her vagina and I unkowingly put my finger in my mouth to use saliva as lubricants. So doctor pls suggest me if there is anything to worry or not?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
You had sex with full protection ( means used condom ) , if condom is of the best quality and not broken during act , you are safe and din't got any HIV or stds.
Now let me explain for your satisfaction .
Although HIV can be isolated in LOW titers from the saliva of an INFECTED individuals ( your partner's status is not known ) , there is NO convincing evidence that saliva can transmit HIV , STDs through KISSING , SUCKING ( breast ) or FINGERING .
So , you are safe for all stds.
Hope this information will be good for you.
Further , if any question I will reply.
I find this answer helpful
