General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Usually, if intercourse done or semen enters into vagina than chance of conception may present. Kindly mention content of proteinx2.

If you are period delayed for a week, than rule out pregnancy by urine hcg card test. If pregnancy not present than excess stress, ovarian cause, thyroid problem, and over fasting et cetera should be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
