Is Pristiq Advisable For Aggressive Behaviour And Mood Swings?

My partner has been prescribed pristiq in the past he hasn t been taking it. He suffers severe mood swings. One minute he is fine and the next he can snap and be aggressive for no reason I am trying to find the best way to approach him about seeing a gp and hopefully going back on medication our relationship is suffusing because of his mood swings but I m unsure how to bring it up without making him feel like I m attacking him I know it s a touchy sub just I m bipolar myself so I understand. But he takes his pristiq maybe half a tablet here and there and I ve tried explaining that s unhelpful. I love him and just want him to be well and I m not sure how to support him or even bring the conversation up without upsetting him please give me some advice
