Hi,

Usually patients who are having pulmonary tuberculosis may have cavities in the upper lobe of lung. But after taking anti tubercular drugs these cavity or infection get healed with fibrous tissue will appear in X-ray as fibrotic densities.

In few patients due their active immunity status it may heal spontaneously without out drugs also may appear like this.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
