Is Montair Advisable For An Infant?

My daughter is 1 yr old and she is having lot of cough since 7 to 8 days.In last 2 days we noticed that she is having breathin prob during sleep due to cough. we wer giving here ambrodil and matrax but of no use. now DR precribed montair 4mg 1 every day and inlaer levolin and ultituss 2ml 2 times and clavim bid too. is it safe to give montair to her ?? he also asked to do CRP TEST AND XRAY

Hello,

I think you should do an X-ray to her lungs to check the respiratory tract infections such as bronchitis or pneumonia which can cause her trouble breathing.

She may need to use an Aerosol with Clenil or Ventoline and probably even antihistamines such ketotifen. She may continue the antibiotics for five days.
