Hi!! Minokem n 5 is basically the treatment of choice for male pattern baldness. It can cause irritation and itching in some individuals . It is normal to experience increased hair loss once it is started but this hair loss stops and hair regrow on continued treatment. It doesn't lead to dandruff and chest pain as experienced by you. If your itching is severe then you should stop using it and also add some antidandruff shampoo like keraglo AD for head wash. For chest pain you need to consult a physician. Hope to have answered your query.
