Is Metaphage Advisable For A Nursing Mother?

I am 37 years old and have 3 kids....my youngest is 1.6 months old and still breastfeeding...I do have pcod and is taking metaphage 500 mg .it s been one month now.is it okay to take metaphage while breastfeeding.....I have started going to gym and is under strict diet ...I have lost 6 kgs in 1.5 months. ..please advice

Metaphage is safe in lactation. As the amount of drug excreted in breast milk is very low. As the drug is excreting at same steady concentration. Hence There is no need to keep interval between breastfeeding and drug dosage.
