Is Mefanorm Safe To Administer Immediately After Dolo 650 Syrup?
Hello Doctor, My son is suffering with high grade fever since last two days. Doctor has prescribed to use mefanorm and imol alternatively for every three hours. He has already taken 6.5 ml of Dolo 650 syrup. Is it okay to take mefanorm after taking paracetamol? Please advise.

I have understand your concern
fever for two days
after giving dolo syrup if fever spike doesn't come down you can give mefanorm after 30_60 mins time , if it is responding no need to give
I can suggest you to get done hemogram to see if there's any infection
