Is Limbrel Safe For Treatment Of Osteoarthritis?

Hi I have terrible very very low back oain for one year now. They have recently found arthritis now on the sacrioloc joint . Arthritis isoppong up everywhere and they say I don t have ra. New dr. Gave me limber land I have been on it for two weeks and it helps so much..... Is it very dangerous? I have read many things online about liver damage from limbrel, but it says it is a food medicine. What is your opinion.

Limbrel contains flavocoxid that acts as an antioxidant inside the body and also inhibits the degenerative process of osteoarthritis.
Yes, it is a medicinal food product. I would not call it very dangerous but there are reports of elevations in liver enzymes. I would recommend regular follow up and reporting of any symptoms like jaundice, weight loss as soon as possible. You might be asked to stop the drug if there is any change in liver enzyme values. Usually the liver enzymes revert back to normal after stopping the drug.
