Is Letrozole The Right Medication For Breast Cancer?

Yes, is Letrozole considered to be chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery? Have already had radiation treatments and oncologist said no chemotherapy is indicated but calls Letrozole a five-year pill for prevention. My e-mail is YYYY@YYYY . thank you
