General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Wikoryl tablet alone is sufficient for the symptomatic relief of fever associated with common cold.

Wikoryl (chlorpheniramine, paracetamol and phenylephrine) is commonly used for the symptomatic relief of common cold, fever and nasal congestion.

Whereas Imol also contains paracetamol along with ibuprofen.

It is not safe to combine these two medications together.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali,
