Is Flonase Advisable For Constant Smoke Smell In The Nose?
I have been smelling smoke for 1 week now. Went to my doctor and he thinks it inflamed sinuses. Put me on Flonase and said give it a week. Assessed me for brain symptoms - none present. I have no other symptoms. I have no drainage from nose. Do you think I m on the right track?
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. Yes, you are on correct medication. Inflammed nasal passage can give such symptoms. Flonase is having fluticasone. It is inhaled corticosteroid. It is having great anti inflammatory action. It will reduce inflammation in the nose. So take it for 1 week and you will be alright. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
