Is Ferpill M Effective In Improving Sperm Quality?
HI Doctor, I m 29 year old male, i have done the semen test. According to the result, motility is 55%, Rapid Progression(1V) is 0, Slow Progression(III) is 55%. My doctor told no problem with me as per the result. I have some questions regarding the result. 1. Is this shows that it is difficult for conceiving ? 2. How can i improve the Rapid Progression count? 3. Doctor suggested Ferpill-M for the Improvement of Sperm quality (Healthy sperm), is this correct ? 4. I should continue the Ferpill-M or any other natural way? Thank You

hello user , i understand your concern - the motiliy of sperms should be atleast 40-50 % and yours is 55 % and it is grade 3 even if written slow progression , so overall there is nothing much to worry . ferpill- M can improve the semen count and motility as per products claim as it has zinc , lycopene and other antioxidants - along with it you should eat green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits , start exercising for atleast 30 mins daily , drink a lot of water and take a good night sleep and stay away from smoking and alcohol . hope i answered your query - if satisfied please rate the answer - any followup queries are welcome
