Is Emeset Syrup Right Medication To Stop Vomiting In A Child?

HI doctor my daughter 7 yearsold started vomiting yestrday i go for family pysician he advice domoz or oral suspension olox and rantc but still she vomit she nothing a single bite of food ,,now doctor suggests give emeset syrup should i give ------- this syrup

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Emeset (ondansetron) can be used in kids as anti emetic. You can give that if your doctor suggest. But if no Improvement with that and continuous vomiting she will need injection of Emeset and ranitidine. Give her electrolytes and fluids. Giving ORS will be good. But if severe dehydration is there then intravenous fluid administration should be done.
