Need Medication For Vomiting
Hi My 1 yr and 10 month old baby started vomiting since 16 march and i took him to a ped on 17 and he prescribed me emeset 4mg 5 ml and junior lanzol. i gave him emeset 3 doses and discontinued as he kept vomiting immedietely after taking the medicine..He doesnt vomit everytime he eats. He vomits wen he eats often (like withing 15 mins) my son is very hungry but i don feed him much cos of fear of him vomiting. Its the same pattern of vomiting since past 3 days... Please let me know what needs to be done now... he does not have any fever or lose stools and seems perfectly active otherwise...

Hallo . Thank you for asking this question . According to your explanation , he is having gastritis . So continue with junior lanzol and instead of emeset , give him domperidone syrup 30 minutes before meal time 3 times a day . Give more of water to drink and also ORS to maintain hydration .
