Is Dolo 650 Safe During Pregnancy?
My Wife is in 1 trimester, actually 3rd month of her pregnancy and she has a history of Rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Our doctor recommended to have DOLO 650 if she feel any pain in joints duiring this phase. Just wanted to know how many dose we can have and is it safe and will not effect the baby

Paracetamol has been used routinely during all stages of pregnancy to reduce a high temperature and for pain relief. But over usage is never recommended as there is no clear evidence it has any harmful effects on an unborn baby.
Hence, use Paracetamol at the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time is recommended. Taking Paracetamol 650 (Dolo 650) once for a headache, toothache, arthritis, and backache should be fine.
