Is DVT with non-healing ulcers and edema on lower extremity curable? I am on Warfarin 5 & 7.5 mg doses on alternate days, Simvastatin 10 mg OD with 5 to 6 Combiflams as painkillers as sos. INR 1.33 to 2. Color Doppler once a year. Open toe to upper abdomen Class II compression stockings both legged. Wound dressing once a day.

You should consult some vascular surgeon.H e may advise you further about thrombectomy if it's a single thrombus.Some times thrombus may also be extract by endo Venus device.
