I was just given CYANOCBALALAM /1000MCGINJ. 1000 B12 injections (once a month) With not much discussion about units. I suppose as I inject insulin that it was assumed that there wouldn t be a problem. The RX calls for an injection of 1 ML. Is that the same amount?
