Is Coreg Along With Diuretic Harmful For A Heart Patient?

June 10, 2015 I received a pace maker. Until June 9, 2015, I never saw any doctor for heart trouble My heart was healthy. A medical doctor prescribed coreg for high blood pressure. I did question it as I saw it was more for heart situations. He convinced me I had to take it with a water pill. Of course, I learned my lesson the hard way. My question is, can I get off my medications except for eliquis and multaq (cardiologist prescribed) by seeing a homeopathy doctor? OR am I now subjected to the former medical doctor s mistakes?
