Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Combiflam is combination of two non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs which are ibuprofen & paracetamol. Paracetamol is safer drug(class A of pregnancy safe index) to be taken during pregnancy whereas ibuprofen (class C of pregnancy safe index) is not indicated during pregnancy. Ibuprofen should not be given at all cost in third trimester of pregnancy.
So all together combiflam should be avoided in pregnancy. You should not take this unless prescribed by medical practitioner. You could take plain paracetamol 500 mg for pain relief.

Refer to your gynaecologist
Hope this information helps
