Is Colimex And Paracetemol Effective For Diarrhea?

I started having stomache cramps about 4 days ago with fever and cough and sore head.... the later has gone today. For 3 days now I have been having continuous diarreah and started taking Himalaya "Diarex" I went to a pharmacy an hour ago and was given Colimex with paracetemol and norflox-tz. Would you agree this is a better option and any i8dea what might be wrong with me ... thanks
