Is Biotin Advisable During Laser Hair Removal Treatment?

Hello, will taking biotin while I am getting laser hair removal treatment stimulate the hair growth or cause the laser treatments to be unsuccessful? My laser technician says I shouldn t take it but didn t seem knowledgeable as to why. I have RA and lose a lot of hair from my medication and stress.

Hello,

Supplements for hair, skin, and nails aren't just good for the hair on your head.
These supplements may stimulate the hair growth in other parts of the body too.
If you take a supplement such as Biotin, you may want to stop once your laser hair removal treatments begin.
Zinc and a reputable Omega-3 oil provide a good alternative that can be continued long after your treatments have ended.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
