Is BP Of 128/78 And A Pulse Rate Of 113 Normal?

Hi my heart rate is 113 with my BP is 128over 78 Im dizzy and have a head ache been having dizzy spells and head aches for 2 weeks now and I never had them before every morning I get up with the dizzy spell and head ache also im.diabetic I take insulin 4xs a day

Your blood pressure and heart rate both are more than normal level.

Consent a physician for high blood pressure.
You can start antihypertensive drugs under doctor's suggestion .
High blood pressure may cause heart problem in future.

Do regular exercise more than 30 minutes.
Try to decrease your weight.
Take low salt diet.

Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking.
Avoid fatty foods.
Use low fatty oil like sunflower oil.

Take regular antihypertensive drugs and mesure blood pressure regularly.
