Is 120mg/5ml Of Crocin Suspension The Correct Dosage For A 6 Month Old Baby?

Hi
My son is six months old. He is weighing 6kg and 900grams. He has fever since today morning. His temperature is 38 degree celcius. I gave him crocin suspension (120mg/5ml) 5ml. Is the dosage fine or is it over dose? If it is over dose will it cause any problem

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Dose of paracetamol is 15mg/kg body weight.
His dose is about 4ml.
Relax, even if you gave 5ml there is nothing to worry at all.
Hope this helps.
God bless..
