Irritation in eye and redness with water in it
i am a 15 year old female.i have contacts and i first had a scratch in my right eye so i was only wearing the left contact.recently i have noticed redness behind my eyeball.today at school my eye got really red so i took out my contact and it immediately got really watery and its hard to open.what could this be?

likelihood is that the lenses are getting old and have deposits so will need either enzyme tt or replacement,because the problem was also in the other eye
